Returns

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items  
  
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on products returned for any reason.  
  
Before you return any products to us please contact us by by phone or email us at customerservices@beautyskincare.ie 
 
For products that have been delivered in error we will refund the full value of those products and the costs of returning them.  
 
If you return a product which you are unsatisfied with for any reason other than the product being damaged or delivered in error you will be only be refunded the price you paid for the product; no carriage will be refunded. 
 
Please use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip.

In the event of you not being happy with any product you order from Beauty Skincare, please follow this returns procedure:

• Please email us at customerservices@beautyskincare.ie or call us on 0818 227 222 to notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receipt. Your email should contain all references that are on your receipt together will a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods. You should also advise us whether you’d like an alternative product/replacement or a refund. (ANY RETURNS RECEIVED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE MAY BE DELAYED IN BEING PROCESSED).
• Goods must be in their original packaging with any seals in tact and in a saleable condition. Please enclose the original receipt with the parcel.
• Once you receive confirmation from us that the goods qualify for exchange/refund you have 7 days to return the goods to us.
• Once the item has been received (within the 7 days) and subject to meeting the quality requirements we will issue a refund of original purchase cost less shipping.
  
• Re-package the parcel using strong packaging and ensure it’s sealed securely.
• Please note: BeautySkincare.ie will not be liable for lost returns
